Netflix’s “The Circle” Is Back for it’s 5th season and the game is officially on!!
The new season of the reality competition, officially called The Circle: Singles, will follow players who claim to be romantically available as they jockey for popularity with their sequestered co-stars. Some of these competitors will be telling the truth, and others will be strategically catfishing as a singleton, all in the hopes of winning Season 5’s cash prize. Shubham “Shubi” Goel, who thrived in The Circle Season 1, will be one of those game players. You can expect more flirting, more drama and lots of surprises as these singles battle it out to be named top influencer.
After watching the first 4 episode, we’ve decided to share the Top 3 contestants that we think are playing the best game right now.
1. Chaz Lawery – Chaz is a 28 year old Gemini New Jersey and Chaz energy was instantly felt by the viewers and fellow contestants as well. You can say Chaz is in the best spot ever right now when it comes to game play and we could see Mr. Lawery taking home the win.
2. Raven Sutton – Raven is originally from Alabama. She is a Deaf performer and disability advocate and she’s the first Deaf contestant to hit The Circle making history! Raven is easily one of the most outgoing players playing the game this season and we’re enjoying watching her and already want her to return!
3. Sam Carmona – Sam is a freelance makeup artist living in Brooklyn and is undoubtedly one of the most authentic players this season. In the beginning, she was targeted and was very confused by it and so were we because we loved her. Her comeback in the game was beautiful to see by the end of episode 4 and she’s the contestant we would love to see take home the gold!
“The Circle” Season 5 returned on Dec. 28.
New episodes of The Circle will roll out each Wednesday, with different phases of the competition featured across 13 hour-long episodes:
- Week 1 (Wednesday, Dec. 28): Episodes 1-4
- Week 2 (Wednesday, Jan. 4): Episodes 5-8
- Week 3 (Wednesday, Jan. 11): Episodes 9-12
- Week 4 (Wednesday, Jan. 18): Finale Episode
